Approved and supported by the Walloon Region, the Cluster H₂O is a network that brings together Walloon stakeholders in the water sector. It is made up of companies, public administrations, training and research players.

The objectives of the Cluster are to accelerate growth and innovation within the sector through partnerships and support for project development, in Wallonia and internationally.

This mission is divided into 4 areas, in accordance with the decree on the support and development of business networks or clusters:

• 1° Mapping focus : mapping and structuring of the economic ecosystem, and dissemination of information to members of market opportunities (calls for projects, market opportunities, technology watches, …) and news from the water sector
  2° Network focus : networking and development of synergies between actors in the water sector such as companies, networks (clusters, poles, federations, …), public organizations … from Belgium and elsewhere
  3° Valorization focus : local and international promotion of the members of the Cluster
  4° Innovation focus : support for business innovation in economic, digital and environmental transition and provide technical and operational support, notably through the conduct of economic, sectoral, strategic and technological studies
