In the context of climate change, the frequency of extreme weather events, such as droughts and floods, is set to increase. These natural events have a negative impact on populations, economic activities and the environment.

To cope with these changes and develop the resilience of our territory, it is necessary to rethink our practices with regard to water resource management and the way in which we use it. Thinking takes place notably at the scale of river basins and therefore also involves collaboration with neighbouring regions and countries.
