Climact is a European consultancy specialising in energy and climate transition. For over 20 years, we have been supporting public and private organisations, European institutions, national and regional authorities, cities, businesses, investors and NGOs in designing and implementing robust strategies to address climate and environmental challenges.

Our work is structured around four main, complementary areas:

Climate risks & transition scenarios

We design and analyse low-carbon scenarios at various scales (city, region, country, European Union) and assess physical climate and transition risks. This includes modelling decarbonisation pathways, optimising energy infrastructure, and analysing exposure to regulatory, technological, market and climate-related risks.

Public policy & regulatory frameworks

We contribute to the design, evaluation and improvement of climate and energy policies (carbon markets, energy efficiency, renewables, support mechanisms, etc.). We also support organisations in understanding and applying European and international regulatory frameworks (CSRD, European taxonomy, ETS, SBTi targets, etc.).

Strategy, Impact & Transition Planning

We carry out carbon assessments, materiality analyses, impact assessments and decarbonisation roadmaps. We help translate climate commitments into credible, quantified transition plans aligned with the 2050 carbon neutrality targets.

Implementation & Change Management

Beyond strategy, we support the implementation of action: defining operational plans, transition governance, prioritising investments, monitoring tools and dashboards, and stakeholder engagement.
