More information
The project proposal H2 Coop storage on “Development of tools enabling the deployment and management of a multi-energy Renewable Energy Community with hybrid storage” has received funding from the Smart Energy Systems ERA-Net - Joint Call 2019 on energy storage solutions (MICall19).
The project will focus on the safety aspects and standards to apply with H2 near or in places of life (such as hotels, households etc.) and especially with the storage of H2. More specifically, the project aims to support the design of H2 equipment and security systems with specific risk assessment results define advanced monitoring techniques to dynamically assess the current risk level and allow improved planning of inspection and maintenance fill the knowledge gap on the safety of gaseous and liquid H2 for applications such as ship and pipeline transportation as well as storage.
