SOCCER - SOCio-économie des Communautés d’Energie Renouvelable

The SOCCER project, an acronym for SOCio-Economics of Renewable Energy Communities, is based on a living laboratory to develop a guide of good citizen practices and identify key factors for success for stakeholders (public authorities, citizens, businesses, the associative and non-market sector), to establish inclusive RECs and shared mobility.
ECOFLEX

The ECOFLEX-project, where nine Belgian partners collaborate, aims to unlock the potential of electric cars and energy communities to balance the grid in a climate neutral way. Partners : VUB (project coordinator), Flexcity, Flux50, Haulogy, IDETA, Pluginvest, TWEED and UGent.
HyPOP
Started
Project HYPOP, HYdrogen Public Opinion and accePtance, will support the hydrogen deployment in Europe, enhancing the involvement of citizens and providing guidelines to increase trust in hydrogen implementation. A clean and clear communication will be key for hydrogen technological development with social acceptance.
Green SKHy

The aim of our project is to promote the development of the clean hydrogen sector by reducing the obstacles to the European recognition of skills and related systems through joint action plans and by promoting careers that can contribute to the energy transition through new practical training schemes.
Belgian Hydrogen Council
Started
WaterstofNet and Tweed have both been coordinating their regional hydrogen clusters in Flanders and Wallonia respectively for several years and ointly established a national hydrogen council that aims to transcend the various political levels in our country.
