Spi

SPI is the territorial development agency for the Province of Liège, supported by the associated municipalities and the Province of Liège. It assists businesses, public authorities and project leaders in the development, planning and enhancement of the territory. Its activities include spatial planning, territorial intelligence, business location services, real estate solutions, project support and owner representation services. SPI manages economic activity parks, provides access to land, buildings and workspaces, and supports initiatives that contribute to sustainable value creation and employment. The agency is also involved in projects related to sustainable transition, territorial innovation and the development of solutions that enhance the resilience and attractiveness of the region. For exemple the MeryGrid project : Partner in the MergyGrid project (WP4 Business case: study of the pricing of micro-grid financial flows and the associated business case), which concerns the development of a "test" micro-grid along the Ourthe, in the municipality of Esneux.
