We invite you to the Annual General Meeting of the TWEED & H2O clusters, where we will provide an overview of the stakeholders involved in the energy and water sectors in Wallonia, major investment and innovation projects in these two industries, as well as key upcoming initiatives and projects.

The day, which will take place in the beautiful setting of Château Bayard (Namur), will focus on the various ecosystems of stakeholders, partnerships, and projects corresponding to high-potential sub-segments for the economic and technological development of players in Wallonia and the environmental transition of the region.

Join us for the entire day or part of it (energy and/or water), depending on your interest. The morning will be dedicated to key sectors of the energy transition: hydrogen, energy storage, electric mobility, renewable energy, local energy management, including energy communities, thermal energy networks, and energy efficiency in industry, including carbon communities. These topics will be addressed briefly to understand the major developments currently underway and expected in Wallonia.

At noon, a Networking lunch will be offered, followed by a brief AGM focused on the services and tools provided by the clusters.

The afternoon will start with presentations linking the energy and water sectors, identifying the "heat" potential of the water sector, as well as using AI to optimize water management processes and energy consumption.

Then, we will present the main lessons learned from the mission carried out by Roland Berger on updating the Cluster H2O strategy and roadmap: trends and strategic challenges in the water sector, along with the ambitions and goals of the cluster. We will also be pleased to present a preview of the Mapping of actors and projects in the water cycle in Wallonia and Brussels.

Finally, before a Networking drink at the end of the day, we will dive into two key topics of the water sector: circularity, with a review of hybrid networks in Wallonia, and micropollutants, focusing on their analysis, monitoring, and treatment.

Last but not least, we will officially launch the ReWaN Portal, Renewable Energy & Water Network, an initiative of the Walloon clusters for water and energy!
